Tying the Ribbon on 2025

Forget Spotify Wrapped, we’re Tying the Ribbon on the moments that mattered to us in 2025.

There have been many fulfilling things that we’ve been involved in. From making an impact within organisations to seeing our coaching clients reach key milestones. We’ve strengthened our relationships with people that share our values and we’ve made new connections which we can’t wait to develop.

Here are five standout reflections from 2025.

1. Taking Purpose on the Road

Andrew travelled the length and breadth of the UK delivering motivational workshops, talks and training across multiple sectors and audiences.

From boardrooms to community spaces, the themes were diverse, but the thread that ran through them all was purpose. It resonated whether we were speaking to senior leaders, people at a career crossroads, or those rebuilding after adversity.

We talked about:

  • The power of purpose

  • Resilience in the face of challenge

  • Goal setting that actually sticks

  • Navigating change

  • Sobriety and wellbeing and more!

2. Values based partnerships

Throughout 2025 we built partnerships with organisations who share our passion for helping people to reach their full potential.

This led to multiple collaborations including working with Johnathan “Jiffy” Davies to develop leaders and launching Fit 4 Life with OP Fitness, a mind and body transformation programme that blends physical wellbeing with mindset coaching.

We can’t wait to see how these relationships develop in the New Year

 

3. Supporting people into work

We continued to work with Cnect Wales to deliver their pre-employment training. Throughout the year we upskilled over 100 candidates from 39 countries, all with different stories, backgrounds and starting points, but a shared desire to move forward.

These sessions are incredibly rewarding to deliver. They help to build confidence, sharpen skills and give candidates access to genuine customer service opportunities.


4. Developing leaders

Leadership development remained a huge focus this year.

Highlights included:

  • Power Up Leadership Academy, building high-performing teams from the inside out

  • Delivering Customer Focussed Leadership Workshops for over 120 Customer Experience Leaders up and down the East Coast Mainline for Elev-8 and their wonderful client LNER

  • Train the Trainer programmes with Elev-8 Performance and TSW, equipping people to lead learning with confidence and credibility

  • Bespoke leadership workshops focused on communication, influence, resilience and self-awareness

  • It’s been brilliant to work with organisations who see the value of investing in their people and we’ve seen some great results. High-performing teams don’t happen by accident, they’re built and Ribbon of Life is proud of the work we’ve done with so many great leaders this year.

 

5. Growing Ribbon of Life

Through coaching, speaking and training, Ribbon of Life continued to grow, not just as a brand, but as a way of making a positive impact.
